What makes your clothing sustainable?
Every piece in our collection is made from 100% organic cotton, grown without harmful pesticides. We use low-impact dyes for our rainbow colors and design clothes to last through countless playground adventures and wash cycles!
Do you offer plus sizes or special needs designs?
Yes! Our nursing-friendly designs and stretchy fabrics accommodate all little bodies. If you need specific adaptations, email us – we love creating inclusive fashion!

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
We pack each order with love within 1-2 business days. Then:
• Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 days delivery
• Free Shipping (EMS): 15-25 days delivery
Note: Remote areas may experience slightly longer transit times
Do you ship to my country?
We deliver joy worldwide except some Asian countries and extremely remote areas where our carbon-neutral shipping partners don’t operate. Check your address at checkout!
How does your carbon-neutral shipping work?
We partner with carriers who offset emissions through reforestation projects. Every package includes a small “green surcharge” that funds these initiatives – it’s our gift to Mother Earth!

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
If your little explorer isn’t completely happy, you have 15 days from delivery to return unworn items with tags attached. We want every organic cotton treasure to find its perfect home!
How do I start a return?
Email [email protected] with your order number. We’ll send prepaid return labels for US customers. International friends – we’ll guide you through the simplest (and greenest!) return method.
