✨ Quick Note: All returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached – just like when they left our eco-friendly warehouse!
Our Simple Return Process
Step 1: Contact Our Rainbow Team

- Item(s) you’d like to return/exchange
- Reason for return (so we can keep improving our sustainable styles!)
Step 2: Wait for Your Return Authorization
We’ll respond quicker than your toddler outgrows their socks (usually within 24 hours) with:
- A prepaid return label (for US customers)
- International return instructions (if applicable)
- Any special instructions for your specific items
Step 3: Package & Ship
Place items securely in their original packaging (or equivalent eco-friendly packaging), attach the return label, and drop at your nearest:
- DHL/FedEx location for standard returns
- Post Office for EMS returns
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 5 business days):
- Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
- Exchanges: Your new item ships within 1-2 business days

Refund Details
We process refunds with the same speed we use to ship your sustainable styles:
- Original Payment Method: 3-5 business days after we process your return
- Store Credit: Immediate (if requested – perfect for trying our new organic cotton arrivals!)
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
To keep our fabrics as fresh as a daisy, these items can’t be returned:
- Socks (for hygiene reasons – we know those tiny toes are precious!)
- Final Sale Items (clearly marked in our “Other” category)
- Any item without original tags or showing signs of wear
Exchange Policy
Need a different size or color? Exchanges are as easy as changing a onesie!
- No additional shipping fees for size/color exchanges (US customers)
- International customers pay only the return shipping cost
- Exchanges subject to availability – we’ll suggest alternatives if your first choice is out of stock
